This company went to my mother's house and cut MULTIPLE holes in her ceiling. After figuring out the toilet drain(hole #1) wasnt tub drain, The kid then proceeded cut another access hole to repair a leak in the tub that took him over 10 hours to do(max two hour job). The repaired trap is now protruding out of the hole #2 and hanging lower than the ceiling line. THEY do not stand behind their work and from the looks of these people they look like they use to stand behind bars!stay away

Randy and Joshua responded in a timely manner. Their service was both friendly and professional throughout the service call. They assessed and diagnosed the problem and best course of remedy. It was not long before the issue was resolved. Excellent service with a company I will use again in the future.

We had a water service line leak on our property and had received notice from the city to get it repaired within 10 days. Paul, the owner, was incredibly helpful even before we hired VIP Plumbing, and he asked several questions to help him gauge the work to be done and anticipate the city's needs re: permits and inspection, even before the crew came out to perform an estimate. The crew was professional and friendly, and they did a great job with the installation of a new line - keeping as much of the sidewalk and driveway intact as possible to avoid extra costs on our end. They worked a very long day and brought in extra team members so that we didn't have to go overnight without water. We highly recommend VIP Plumbing!

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. An appointment was available the same day. Gordon, the plumber, was a complete professional, fixed the issues that day, and was extremely courteous. We had ARS out for an outdoor plumbing issue. They were quick to come out, diagnose the problem and communicate it in understandable terms. I was very pleased with the work performed by Approved Plumbing. They seemed eager to help me solve the problem, compared to other plumbing companies I contacted who didn't return my calls or failed to keep appointments. Carl, Luke and Larry were prompt, courteous and did great work. Sharon in the the office was also very good to deal with and did a great job coordinating all the inspections that had to be done once the work was complete. Approved is the only plumbing company I will call in the future.

Brian and his team was great! They found us the right A/C units at a great price and got them installed quickly! When they were done everything was cleaned up and looked better than they found it! I will definitely use them again!
