Called them to get service from a backed up sewer and they did what no other company would or did do (as we called multiple in the area)- they saved us a couple hundred dollars in a wasted trip. They asked questions about our problem and pinpointed that it was probably a main sewer issue not a household issue and referred us to have our county come and do a free snake drain from the street (we are new home owners and had no idea our county did that). They were right and the issue was from the main sewer, therefore saving us from a costly snaking with no result! Definitely an honest company with a lot of integrity! Would call them for any other plumbing issue I had!

Kevin did a fabulous job identifying the source and cause of the leak in our pressure regulator. He obtained the parts quickly and efficiently. The fast response by Wyatt Works was tremendous and much appreciated. Another outstanding job by a world class company and its great people!

I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. I do not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.

I really appreciate Dan explaining and making a new home owner like myself aware of certain things that will assist me in making my water and gas dryer more efficient. My only issue was how the company took to came to my house but the plumber explained that they were short staff. I like that he knew what he was doing and the entire thing didn’t take a long time.

They were able to come out the same day and fix the leak we had under our sink. Excellent work for a very fair price, I would recommend using them

Chris did a fantastic job! The area where he had to work in was very narrow and hard to get into, but he still worked very efficiently and the end result looks great. He got here right when he said he would, got everything done in only a few hours, and was very professional throughout.
