Best Clogged Kitchen in Cleveland OH

Im in the Strongsville area & had a problem on a weekend. Hank went out of his way to help me with my plumbing problem. His kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. The plumber who came out was a very nice guy who was genuinely concerned with fixing my plumbing. He was very good at what he dose. Everything was done in a professional manner. In a short time my problem was fix at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend Hank Klink Plumbing & his people to anyone.Give them a try ! BILL

Just had service for a leak in my basement. The plumber came out on time and was very polite and curtious. Gave me a great price and fixed it timely and same day. Easy to schedule and expalined everything. He even gave me a heads up on something that may need fixed in the future giving me time to save up for the job when it happens. I will definitely use them again

It is an emergency. Water seeping through my basement floor, sump pump unable to handle snow melt due to blocked basement sewer drain. Husband very ill on hospice. Water everywhere I googled emergency sewer service. Called a couple of places and they said they couldn't get here until tomorrow! Water still rising, I came to Wyatt works and called. Very responsive. Billy came, wearing a mask, booties covering his shoes. Very respectful of my need to social distance, he explained everything. Once he scoped the drain, he explained next steps. Desperate to resolve the situation, he helped me out by calling the office and getting someone out to clear the drain and determine if we need a repair. Bryan came and found the clog, made some excellent recommendations and ensured that our sump pump was in good working order before leaving. The Plumbers were amazing! They came out and walked through our new home to go over our inspection report and helped us determine what needed to be fixed. They replaced our water heater and in that process figured out we had a gas leak. We were able to get centerpoint out to fix that. On top of all that, the home we're renting had a water main leak outside and they were able to come over after a full days work at our new home to fix the leak and replace the broken shut-off valve. I am so very impressed with these gentlemen! Thank you!!

Roto Rooter came out to my home to fix my garbage disposal because it wasn't draining properly. They sent who I believe to be the best technician ever, Ted (#1700). Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem but he gave us tips on how to prevent future occurrences. He was polite professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again.

I highly recommend Ian & Scott from Columbus who was in Akon & then came to Cleveland to fix my leaks in less than 30 minutes. The longest was to get the part 30 minutes from my home. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

We had a leak in the cold water line behind our vanity and the shut off valve was broken. We have always struggled to find an honest and reliable plumber in the 14 years we have owned our home. The drywall was wet and soggy and it was something we wanted to address ASAP before it did anymore damage. We called The Alert Pioneer Plumbing Company and left a message. Within minutes, I received a text from Fred saying he could possibly squeeze me in next day in the afternoon, but it was dependent on how their morning job went. He said he would would keep in touch. In the meantime, another company I called told me they could get me in for sure next day in the afternoon, so I told Fred we were taken care of. But after a little research on the other company we found they had no license and there were some concerning news articles we saw on the owner. So I reached back out to Fred and once again, he responded within minutes asking if I could make early morning work. I agreed because I felt it was urgent to get it fixed. Gabriel promptly showed up at 7 a.m. and he was extremely friendly and professional. He put on booties which we really really appreciated! Right from the start that showed that he would respect our home. He had a tight space to work with, but he quickly diagnosed where the leak was and what needed to be done. He explained that he would have to cut out drywall and made sure we were ok with what he was doing before he started.
He not only fixed that issue, but he also fixed another small leak coming from the drain in the vanity sink AND he cleaned up after himself! Some might say their hourly rate is a bit high because honestly that's how I felt when Fred mentioned their pricing. But when you see the quality of work, the professionalism and the respect for your home, it makes every penny you spend with them worth it. They know what they are doing and they are honest, so you might just end up saving money compared to what another plumber might charge. They are so knowledgeable, skilled and CLEAN and you just don't find that very often in the plumbing industry. I'm so glad I found them and I highly recommend them!

Steve and Rocky are amazing plumbers. They look at the whole system when addressing an issue and they are very clear when explaining the problem and solution. We had multiple breaks in our sewer piping under the garage and in our yard. They were able to take care of us in a very professional manner. Now we call them with any plumbing need we may have because we trust them so much! Great guys and very good at what they do.
