I have spunky children who like to try new things and sometimes down drains or toilets! These guys are the most responsive, professional, and quick acting to fix your problem as soon as possible. For all of my calls to them, they have been at my house within a few hours. It can be stressful having unwanted clogs but I couldn’t recommend Urus any higher! Thank you for doing what you do and the team you have!

I called Killeen for 2 repairs: a basement pipe was leaking at the point where our humidifier was tied in, and our kitchen faucet was no longer swiveling. Pat and John arrived and immediately assessed the problems. John got to work to replace the leaky pipe, and Pat got on the phone with Koehler. In the short time it took for Pat to reach Koehler, John had already completed his repair. And rather than have Koehler send out replacement parts that may or may not have solved our faucet problem, Pat was able to get us a replacement faucet! Jacin was the tech who came out to clear my main sewer line. He was very courteous and professional. The line was cleared and inspected with an endoscope. Once we realized the issue was root intrusion, Jacin went back in with the snake and attempted to clear as much of it as he could. He was as thorough as he could be. I am happy with the service, and with Jacin, but feel the charge was excessive. The web site advertises $89 main drain clearing, but apparently that's only if they do it from an outside cleanout. Since I don't have an outside cleanout, I was informed that the charge would be $429! That's excessive as compared to what is advertised on the web site considering the only difference is that the tech needed to come into the house. If I need this service again, I'll be shopping around for a better price, or at least for a company that doesn't hook you in with one advertised price only to inform you the charge will be significantly more because of an insignificant circumstance. I feel I was a victim of bait and switch.

I lived out of state and called Roto-Rooter for my elderly father. Rich #2338 came out and was excellent in explaining the issues to not only me but to my father even sending me pictures of the problem. He was patient and went above and beyond making sure I was in the loop on all work that needed to be completed. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again and specifically ask for Rich to handle our plumbing needs.

Did all the work quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had Jim from action plumbing over to help clear out our main 3.5inch basement waste pipe. He went above and beyond our expectations by not only doing the job we called him for, but also helped us with a smaller problem we've been having. Thank you Jim, we'll be calling you back next time. I almost called one of the big rooter companies, I'm glad I didn't.

Matt was quick, helpful and informative. We gave him a timeline of two weeks and our project was addressed and completed the next day.

He worked quickly and quietly. While at our house for about an hour and a half he switched our toilet out, brought in the new one, installed and tested and left without waking our dog. Talk about talent!!!
