You must have to live in a certain area code to get good service. I was told to be flexible with my time because I couldn't get a time even though they prioritize fixing hot water tanks. The guy came fixed (allegedly) the tank and left. No one even seen the guy leave and whoever answers their phone is rude. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone!

I made an online appointment the night before and they were able to take me first thing on Saturday morning. Matt (4439) the technician was great and he explained everything that he was doing throughout his entire visit. They were able to clear a very difficult clog at a reasonable price.

My technician Rick was extremely informative and polite. He was also very mindful not to make a mess in my home. Not only did he come out on Sunday but he didn't have the part he needed to fix my leaking water valve so he went to Lowes and grabbed one and came right back and had it changed in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter, and I will be using them again.

The team at HJacks was wonderful. They were responsive and on time for the initial appointment. They crew made the necessary assessment and provided an estimate. Once instance approved the work, the team was quick to return and start the work. Joe and his 2 helpers got the excavation done quickly and covered up the carpeting to not track dirt. Joe followed up each day about the work progress and once the inspection was performed, he called to confirm his return trip to wrap up the installation work. Excellent experience and would highly recommend.
