BE Careful with this Company! I called them for a small gas leak and rep came out and didnt even Assess the gas leak but went straight to the whole system needs redone because it wasnt to code and said I have to replace to whole gas line! while in shock. when he told me how much I said I have to get other opinions and he stormed out!! I had three other companies say they disagreed the pluming was all brand new!! I just bought the home! So it was a minor issue now fixed for THOUSNDS less!

First of all the receptionist is so sweet, kind, and attentive. We hired Killeen Plumbing Co. to camera inspect our outside buried sump pump discharge pipe as we were getting water recycling back in the sump pit. We had previously had other plumbing companies out to inspect with no solutions offered. Killeen responding quickly, found the issue, dug out the discharge line and repaired the line. They also corrected a back pitched downspout lateral that was holding water. Nick, Corey, John and Jake were on the job and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and most importantly cleaned up the site afterwards. We will be in touch with them again shortly to do a sump pump replacement as our existing one is getting up there in age. I would highly recommend Killeen Plumbing Company!

My experience with Matt 923 was excellent. He worked very hard to fix the problem in my sewer line. He was here a lot longer than anticipated and worked until the job was completed. He guided me through the right steps to take to make sure that the problem won't happen again. If I ever need to call for assistance again, I will call Roto-Rooter and will be sure to ask for Matt.

Jack's Plumbing did come to my home to help me with my Air conditioner , it was not working properly. They were on time , and the workers who came to my home were effecient in there jobs. If you ever need help with your AC and Heating, call them I believe they will do a decent job for you.🔩🔧✌️

said they would be at my house around noon. at 1:30 I called them to see why they hadn't shown up. told me not sure when they would be there maybe 3 or 4. told them I would call someone else. they didn't seem concerned.. no customer skills on their part.. never even bothered to call me and tell me they would be late. I had to call them. Don't know how they stay in business..

I have called twice in a 11 day stand leaving voicemail's both times providing a contact number I never heard back it is a horrible way to do business

Giovanni Romito is a real find. He’s a true craftsman, really passionate about his work. His skills are the highest level, something you rarely see anymore. A young guy, he’s acquired a vast store of knowledge by working with both his grandfather and father. For us, he replaced kitchen gas cooktop, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher, and replaced the bathroom toilet. He also installed a new, second laundry room sink from scratch, following our wishes exactly. He is a must hire!

Excellent work by a professional company. My main shutoff was leaking and they were very quick to respond even when the city was taking longer than usual to locate and operate my curb stop. The new valve looks great and works perfect!
