Technician Patrick W. was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave a courtesy call prior to his arrival and completed the work in a timely manner, and with a positive attitude.

Kamran was very professional and quick. I called yesterday evening and he came this morning and fixed our kitchen sink which had been backed up and leaking. He fixed the clog, replaced the old piping and provided a better flow for water, and gave advice for future upgrades to the plumbing when the time comes. He also generously gave me a military discount because I am in the Coast Guard, and that wasn't even something I asked for, it just came up in conversation when he asked how old it was and I said I didn't know because I moved here on orders last summer after being stationed in Washington D.C. previously. I highly recommend and will call 5 star again for any plumbing needs.

Dan came out to fix a leaking bathroom tub drain and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered us a variety of solutions to fix the leak and his knowledge of the business, years of experience, and professionalism made it easy for us to choose Dan as our plumber of choice. He did a great job replacing pipes and a drain in very tight spaces. I would recommend Dan for any plumbing repairs you may have.

Under contract since March and still no bathroom! We were told start May, June install. It's July and still no contact or start of a bathroom!

They had a plumber out to us on a Saturday evening even earlier than anticipated.Our plumbing expert, Corey, was fantastic. He was personable and professional. Our situation was complicated and he was great at problem solving and finding the source of the issue (which happened to be in the condo above us!). He gave us options for repairs and solutions. Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.

We switched to another plumbing company after Denise left. From no-shows appointments to over-priced plumbers, their service is really in the crapper. Do not recommend.
