The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .

I am very happy with the service I received. Both techs were polite and professional. They didn't make me feel like a dummy because I didn't know how to clear the shower drain!! Btw, I know how to do it now thanks to them. Thank you to the techs and the lady I spoke to on the phone when I scheduled my appointment.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Evan came out and did a great job. I had a clogged downspout drain that I'm pretty sure was causing some basement leakage. He came out in good time and was honest about what needed to be done and what he could do. Found out there is a break in the line somewhere but he cleared it out as much as he could. Said to get a camera tech out to see where the break is and go from there. Could've charged me more if he wasn't honest about the work. Saved me some money. Was prompt and seemed like a nice guy. Called back later in the day to schedule a camera tech. Prices are what they are but it's worth it for work you can trust.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
