Best Water Jetting in Cincinnati OH

We had a sewer back up in our basement late November on a Saturday night and 1 Tom was the only company to answer their phone. The polite young man they sent out cleared what he thought was the block but water was still draining slow so he cleared another location hoping to get the clog. He did not! Two weeks later we had a second back up. He came out again and cleared from a third location, finally getting the clog. While this plumber is a nice young man, he had of off night doing his job during the first service. 1 Tom does not stand behind their employees’ work and does not guarantee their labor. So we paid them twice and had to meet TWO insurance deductibles of $2500 each. Twice as much money and twice as much headache. I highly recommend NOT using this company. I believe this is the first bad review I have ever written, but I think other customers should know of my experience.

Matt (#2719) promptly arrived at my home and was friendly and eager to help. Over the weekend, an outside drained backed up and flooded my basement, so we knew we needed to call Roto Rooter to help with the problem.

After being there only about 10 minutes, Matt was able to diagnose the problem and began working to solve it. Once he was able to clear the drain line, he brought we down to show the final results and I was extremely pleased! He also cleaned up the area so it looked even better once he was done!

I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone!

Ken Neyer Plumbing was very responsive and fast to get a technician to my house for diagnosing and scheduling water jetting of my sewer line.
Rusty G. was my technician and was absolutely incredible. Couldn't have asked for someone more honest, and truly looking out for the best interest/outcome for my specific situation. He was never in a hurry, and really cared about delivering results. Cannot say thank you to Rusty and Ken Neyer Plumbing enough.

Darrel professionally scoped, hydro washed, and installed a new liner in my sewer pipe. He explained each process as it was performed so I could better understand each step. He told me he had to go through training to get certified for this work and that he had been doing it for several years. He also showed me the materials he was using and how the process worked. Darrel and his team also had to replace a wye pipe under the garage floor. I appreciated the information, the friendliness, and the professionalism in the work that they completed.

Subcontracted to do a sewer line clean out. Did a phenomenal job and did it fast. The gentleman that performed the work were enjoyable to talk with and knowledgeable

My only complaint. Get some logos on that van!!!

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
