Sadie did a great job and was efficient, cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. She wore a mask (over both her nose and mouth, thank you) and booties over her shoes to protect my floors. She worked quickly and explained everything thoroughly after the furnace check up. She made some adjustments to the furnace to keep it working well. I have never had a woman HVAC tech and I’m proud of Schneller & Knockleman for hiring their first.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Awesome owners to work for...

We had a plumbing emergency, on a Sunday, more specifically, the Bengals AFC Championship game day. We thought our day was ruined and that we would not be able to find anyone to help. Within two hours, we had Kevin here, and he fixed our issue, albeit at an EXTREMELY reasonable price! Cannot speak too highly of this experience.

Travin personnel has installed kitchen plumbing as well as a complete bathroom for my family. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Their rates were very fair. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

A good experience; very knowledgeable service technicians who walked us through the installation process, and the system, once completed. They took great care to protect our hardwood floors, clean everything afterwards, and provide some good tips on maintenance.

Okay so Jolly Plumbing is top notch in plumbing knowledge (which I can appreciate) but not top notch on value. We've used them in the past for plumbing repairs. Today though, I was quoted $800 to install a $400 dishwasher, and there used to be a dishwasher before so it's not that they're starting from scratch. Double the cost of an appliance? That's just too much.

This is the third plumber that we called. The first plumber had a message on saying they were not accepting new customers. The second plumber only worked on new buildings. Perry Kelly Plumbing answered and listened to our problem and set up an appointment. They called before they came out. The plumber installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in one bathroom and replaced the faucet in the other bathroom. Very efficient, very friendly, and very professional.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
