The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

I have used Schneller & Knochelmann for years and have always found them honest. Colin was here today for spring AC checkup and was very professional as expected.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

They came out, showed me what my problems and gave me an estimate. I didn't have the money but they had a finance program that helped me for a job i knew i couldn't afford. Even after the job was done they came back out after i called them again to look at my AC unit to make sure i was satisfied. They continued to work with me until i was satisfied.

Tim was very professional, knew immediately what my problem was, and made repairs completely and efficiently. Getting to the inside source for the outside water would have been way too difficult for me, but Tim took moving other appliances in stride. He also explained every step of the process to me. I was duly impressed by him

They did the job they came to do fine but then before he left he said that he would check my pressure. He told me it was a bit low and asked if I wanted him to fix it. I ask what it would cost and he told $159. So I told him to go ahead and fix. Then when he asked for payment it was $259. I asked why it was $100 more and he said for his time. I said it did not even take an hour to fix and he said, yes you're right it will only be $90 for my time.

I told him that I asked the price up front and he did not mention that the $159 did not include his time as I would not have had the pressure changed if I knew it was going to be over $250! So I called to explain to the office manager who sent me an invoice that was higher than the $90. She said I knew that it was going to be more because they sent me a price sheet last week and it was actually $120 on top of the $159. (even thought the worker told me $90. I did not know how long it was going to take and why I asked the price upfront. She did not make me pay the additional money and they did the job so I am giving them 2 stars but she was not nice about it and I would not use them again.

Jay Gross is phenomenal. I learned more from him than any tech over the past 20 years. SK is a great company. They are responsive, professional and easy to work with. It is people like Jay that make Schneller best in class!

Emilio helped me thru my first experience of furnace duct work cleaning.He answered all my questions and was professional and friendly at the same time. He wanted to make sureI was comfortable with the process. He was neat in his workmanship. No messes left behind. He was respectful of my things. He was so polite. And the after pictures say it all. Nice job. I have allergies and asthma so it was important to me to have this done and done well. And it has been.

I called Jolly plumbing on a Sunday night after a pipe burst it in my basement. They had a technician scheduled to come out that night but I was too tired so they scheduled the next morning between 8 and 10. The technician showed up about 9am and was finished with the project in about 30 or 40 minutes. He did a great job. Technician was very professional went over pricing before he did the job did the job and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs, they were awesome.

This is the third plumber that we called. The first plumber had a message on saying they were not accepting new customers. The second plumber only worked on new buildings. Perry Kelly Plumbing answered and listened to our problem and set up an appointment. They called before they came out. The plumber installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in one bathroom and replaced the faucet in the other bathroom. Very efficient, very friendly, and very professional.

Rude, don’t use this company.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
