Austin arrived quickly, cleared the clog, and was very kind and professional! Absolutely would hire again!!

It has only been 2 days since new a/c and furnace was installed but so far so good. Only problem we had with installation was that thermostat was set up for single stage a/c compressor and ours is two stage. Luckily I noticed that 2nd stage didn't show on thermostat menu so T&G sent a technician today who fixed the error.

**Extremely Overpriced**

Our technician was high quality, but the cost was extremely overpriced for the job done. Cost being the deciding factor for myself (and majority of people), I would recommended you shop around and you could find a better price pretty quickly.

My experience with Shawn, technician #2839,was fantastic!! He had actually been to my house about a year ago for a different issue and I had an equally wonderful experience as well. My sump pump wasn't working and he showed up, we discussed several possible options to fix it, he worked to solve the problem, and even resealed the sump pit for me to ensure my radon system was functiong at its highest possible level. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him!

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end.
