I had shower and tub backing up and not draining properly. Called Sunday afternoon and had Clayton McDonald at my door Monday morning. He was even early! Clayton was absolutely professional, had multiple ideas to fix a stubborn issue and worked above and beyond to resolve the clog. Then he left my house cleaner than when he got there. I would highly recommend Clayton and Thomas & Galbraith!

We had been out of town for several days and came home to find the drain at the bottom of the outdoor steps, that lead into the basement, stopped up. Water was just standing there and had got through the bottom of the basement door so we had water inside as well. I called and to my surprise, they had our name in their system from 18 years ago. Within hours Brendon was here to check things out. Turned out that roots were in the line, he worked for over an hour and freed the line, and I mean he worked. He didn’t stop after 15 feet when he felt it pop, he went 100 feet out to make sure we were clear, then ran the garden hose through the line, about ten minutes. This all happened at 10:00 pm. At night. Great service, great guy. Thank you!!!!

Above and beyond! Christian and the gentlemen that helped him were awesome! Very helpful! They responded to us very quickly. I can’t say enough of how impressed we were by them. They replaced 2 water heaters, filters etc. when I went down to look I do believe they left it cleaner than how they found it! They worked very quick but didn’t sacrifice quality! I will be keeping them on speed dial for our next plumbing project!

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

I needed to reschedule the arrival time by two hours and the Roto-Rooter scheduler was able to accommodate me. Matt arrived quickly after a call and went to work. He explained things while he fixed our kitchen drain, cleared the garbage disposal and cleaned the trap in our bathroom. He also gave me a demo of the Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield which I purchased and will use regularly to keep the system trouble-free. I am a very happy customer. Bart

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.

This company isn't very up front or professional. Lady told me they had a 10am opening, I booked it. Not 10am-12pm, not 10am-2pm. After almost 30min I called to ask why I don't see a truck or get a call, she told me that the guy was probably busy on his first job. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism. Be up front and precise with your customers as if their time matters just as much, and give them a heads up. I told her to keep her guy at home and I moved on. Which is what I recommend, move on.
