Best Toilet Repair in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Noel’s Plumbing is far superior to Ferguson Plumbing! Ferguson appeared too busy to help me but Noel found both parts I needed with no problem. I have switched from Ferguson to Noel. I recommend them!

I called this morning and they had Rick here this afternoon. He was very professional and did a great job. He explained everything, the parts and cost breakdown and went over the maintenance plan. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was awesome. I will be using this company from now on.

Joe was fantastic! Always on time and very professional. Joe installed a new shower valve and relocated shower drain. My doggies loved him as well. Very satisfied and will use him for any plumbing work in the future.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Cullen did a great job! I work from home and my little office space is in the corner of a room near the bathroom when the drain was stopped up at... He closed himself in the bathroom so the noise would not be so bad and I could work!!! Thank you Cullen, I so appreciate your service today!!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!
