customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Sent a picture of the piece I needed for my leaking shower cartridge and was given the correct piece within minutes! Made my life so much easier!

We were without air conditioning from Saturday morning through Tuesday morning. The hottest days of summer, and Schneller Knochelmann removed our 32 year old Rheem air conditioner, and replaced it with a new Rheem system. They did a great job, and we could sleep much better in the air conditioning. The installation was professional, and top notch!

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Joe came and got the job done. I work from home and was worried about a lot of noise but he came in, evaluated, informed me what was needed, and completed it efficiently / effectively. I've used multiple plumbers over the years and I'm 100 percent I found one for good!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

I had an emergency situation on 10/14/2018 Sunday at 8pm. I called because they came up on Google search as 24/7. I had cut out a piece a pipe to were I removed a toiled. I ran to Home Depot got the parts. I grab the wrong fitting being in a rush. I got back and they was closed already. I had to get the water back on to this building so I called them because in no way could I not get it fixed. My regular plumber was out of town this weekend. They came out and it took them 30 minutes because I had the copper pipe for them they needed. $375.00 for that time. The guy was nice. But it is really sad that a company would take so much advantage of someone in a really bad situation. I know it's Sunday and 8pm but there is no reason for that kind of price. I was glad they came last minute, but I had no choice.
