Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

We all know what it's like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that you'll get what you need. Don't do it and go to Noel's Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many days without any water in my house!

Bottom-line that I bought an old house and had to replace the valves in the old clawfoot tub. Valves for different types of faucets are notoriously hard to match and neither Ace nor Home Depot could begin to give me help. The old man at Home Depot said there's only one place for you to go and that's Noel's Plumbing Supply.

I went there showed them the part I needed, showed them a picture of the faucet I was dealing with and they handed me the part and I was on my way and now I just got done taking a shower and life is good.

Nick and Andrew from Schneller/Knochelmann did a fantastic job clearing my slow drain and helping me with a bathtub stopper problem. So polite and knowledgeable. And they clean up afterwards.

Joe has been one of 2 servicemen we know we can count on. No matter how busy he is if your problem is urgent he will come right away. Other work is always done in a methodical manner and he rarely needs to leave to get parts or take breaks. In remodeling an old Victorian Joe has been indispensable. He’s become like extended family thanks to his friendly outgoing personality!

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Ben and Andrew showed up right on time did a great job & cleaned up after. couldn't ask for a smoother job. would recommend for sure.Another person to thank.Needed some more emergency work done on Thanksgiving day. Ryan came to help out great guy took care of my clogged line. So far everyone has been great and helpful.

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
