The initial contact with Thomas Galbraith was impressive. They already had my property on record for previous service done there before I bought it. They were able to get a certified plumber to inspect the same day. Max was very impressive with his knowledge of the problem and the process to fix it. He even offered a financing option for payment of the repairs.

Terrible customer service. I called for an emergency service (a burst pipe which resulted in having to shut off all the water to my condo) and I was transferred to a voicemail. After not hearing back from anyone, I called back for them to tell me they could send someone out in 4 days. So much for 24 hour 7day a week emergency service.

Dustin did an excellent job! I was referred to them by Sibcy Cline’s Home Services after a couple of plumbing issues showed up on an inspection report for a home I was selling. Dustin was on time, very knowledgable and honest. He even went out of his way to come to my home a second time after the buyer wanted us to double check on the size of some piping. Dustin was able to help us prove that the inspection report was not accurate. Thank you!! I will definitely be using you guys in the future.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

I don't recommend this company. I am very disappointed with service I received. Follow up: Invoice is in the mail. I asked you to fix my gas valve so Lowes could install my new stove. You said is wasn't broken and left but charged me $179. Lowes came back and said it was broken. I asked you to replace it.
