Best Sink Installation in Cincinnati OH
Needing a new water heater pretty quickly, I contacted 5 companies to get some quotes. Mike (I believe) called me back within the hour and scheduled Dillon to come out the next day. I didn’t hear from the other companies at all - big bummer, but hey, I guess I’m buying it from these guys! Anyway, I got a text when Dillon was on his way with a link to a profile for him - it was nice knowing who’d be coming to the house and when to expect him. He arrived on time and with a smile, got straight to work! He happily looked at a few other things I needed work done on, answered all of my questions (I had a lot), explained everything in detail and with patience, and broke the pricing down for me which is always great when dropping an unexpected sum of money. He offered a fair price with a comfortable guarantee and we set the install for the next day. He arrived today ready to go, got to work, didn’t “need” anything from us even though we asked him a million times. Before leaving, he made sure I knew what was what and how to use it if needed. He never seemed to feel rushed even though I know there was another job to do after he finished ours. Dillon is young, experienced, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and did great work for us today! I would absolutely use this company again, in fact, they’ll be back Monday to install a new garbage disposal.

The plumber that came out was great. He fixed the issue and was very personable. Things went downhill from there. In our situation, we also needed some water restoration. On Friday a guy came out to evaluate the situation, he gave us a quote of $500-$1500. The next day we recieved a call that they could come out that night to set all the equipment up. My husband had already told the previous guy Saturday wasn't a good day for us because we work weekends but we made it work. A guy came out at 7:00pm. I showed him the areas, he said he didn't have the proper equipment to actually set up what was needed to fix the problem. He proceeded to set up a dehumidifier in our kitchen, and asked if he could store the rest of the equipment he did have and would need use. Also, I asked for what the price would be, he gave me a very rough, unsure estimate, but said he wasn't entirely sure of the exact amount. At this point I'm frustrated and just want to make sure our walls and ceiling are clear of water and potential mold. He said he could take out the equipment in our upstairs bathroom a day earlier than the stuff in the kitchen and that might help the cost. Things were finally set up and running. Then at the end the service th service guy came out, disconnected the bathroom equipment, then proceeded to store it in our front room. Finally the last day came where all the equipment was to be taken out. The original guy showed up with another man. The second guy greeted me, then immediately asked where my bathroom was. I showed him, then he spent the next 10 minutes (possibly more) in there. I didn't check out the bathroom immediately after, but when I got home that night I had to unclog the toilet. On top of everything, while his new partner was in the bathroom, the service guy informs me he didn't take the pictures he needed before he took all the equipment out of our master bathroom (the equipment stored in our front room) so he brings it all back upstairs to take this picture. On top of it all I asked multiple times for a finale quote, how much are we going to have to pay!? The response was I won't know until they work up the bill. Our credit card was charged later that day, without a bill sent to us. As far as the job of needing to dry our our ceiling, I assume that's done. When it comes to customer service, extremely disappointed, we and will probably consider other companies in the future.

Steve arrived on time after we had received a phone call and a text with his picture. He was very professional and friendly and was knowledgeable about our system. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and took the extra time to hook up the hose in front of the building since we do not have a spigot in the back. Thanks for everything!

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
