Best Repair Faucet in Cincinnati OH

We all know what it's like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that you'll get what you need. Don't do it and go to Noel's Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many days without any water in my house!

Bottom-line that I bought an old house and had to replace the valves in the old clawfoot tub. Valves for different types of faucets are notoriously hard to match and neither Ace nor Home Depot could begin to give me help. The old man at Home Depot said there's only one place for you to go and that's Noel's Plumbing Supply.

I went there showed them the part I needed, showed them a picture of the faucet I was dealing with and they handed me the part and I was on my way and now I just got done taking a shower and life is good.

I am an Anderson resident and Realtor for 15+ years. I had recently hired Anderson Hills for a winterization for a local client. When the company turned the water back on 13 days after, they mysteriously found some water leaks. The plumber attempted to fix these leaks, charged for the fix, took more than 3 hours to do this and admitted before leaving that he wasn't sure he fixed it and may have broken a part and left. The next day, when the shower was used, water went everywhere, confirming that the plumber broke the fixture as he thought he did. We called AHP and they told us it would be another $500 to fix what the plumber broke. They blamed the hard water on why the fixture broke and would not take responsibility for a broken fixture that was not broken prior to their being in the house.
I will not be recommending this company any longer and I feel that they should have corrected the issue they caused after several calls with the ownership, they would not take any responsibility.

My service person was Steven Woodward. He was very courteous , kept me informed, and made sure he kept everything clean. He had another guy with him that I think he was training. From what I seen Steven would be a great teacher to teach someone customer service in the HVAC business. This company has been very professional every time I have used them. Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Does great work

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Joe was fantastic! Always on time and very professional. Joe installed a new shower valve and relocated shower drain. My doggies loved him as well. Very satisfied and will use him for any plumbing work in the future.

Cullen did a great job, arrived when expected and was able to identify the problem with the drainage from our sump pump out in our yard. He was very knowledgeable and made very good recommendations.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!
