I called last week trying to get a quote on doing the rough plumbing for a bathroom I am installing at my house. The reception was friendly and said that there weren’t any plumbers available and she took my information down and said they would call me back when a plumber was available. It has been over a week and I still haven’t got a call back. I gave them two stars because at least the receptionist was friendly.

The staff at Gil Ruehl was pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. From the appointment scheduling with Amber, to the technician Ron who performed the repairs, it was a positive experience. The work was done correctly with a bare minimum of disruption and the pricing was fair. It's such a relief to have my kitchen sink functional again and the basement water leaked stopped. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
