I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

We had issues keeping the water running. Ralph went above and beyond researching the pumps and expansion tank that keep the water running at our home. While several companies walked away from the challenge Ralph stepped up to it. Thanks Anderson Hills Plumbing.

Rusty Goins especially was very helpful in explaining my problem, and took extra time to find the contact with the City of Hamilton for me. He also took the time to show me how to download the video from his camera of my sewer lines.

Three men came to our home to fix new designer vinyl floor in out bedroom that was installed two months ago. They got it finished in two days, put back out furniture the way we had it, and cleaned their mess. Now we have a beautiful floor that has a slight spring to it. They were as quiet as the equipment they were using allowed. They were friendly and explained and answered any questions we had. They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Best company ever

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
