Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. I can't begin to say how wonderful this company is! I called them this morning after being without water for EIGHT days because of a botched job by another plumbing company that my home warranty company uses. I told Veronica at Tarvin what the problem was, she had me send photos of the water heater and venting and said she would try and have somebody at my house today or tomorrow for installation. An hour later she has somebody who can pick up the water heater I need and can install it today. Brent arrives and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to install the water heater and make the necessary modifications in four hours. He went over everything he did and explained it thoroughly. Yes, it was a hefty price tag but a check that I was happy to write after having an EIGHT DAY nightmare without water thanks to another incompetent plumbing company. You definitely get what you pay for. I also learned in this process to drop the home warranty company I had because it is a scam. When ever I need a plumber in the future, Tarvin is who I will call!! Thanks so much Veronica and Brent-you guys are lifesavers!!!!

I have used Holthaus plumbing a number of times . Each time they are responsive and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had an issue with a leak in the wall drain after trying to replace a bathroom vanity myself. They were able to come out less than 48 hours after I called. They were communicative and friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening (blockage in the drain and imperceptible crack in the wall tube). Matt also finished installing my vanity for me. I would call them again!

I always call Roto Rooter when I need a plumber. I just experienced basement sewer overflow and Mike (3207) arrived within a half hour on a Sunday afternoon. He brought an intern with him. Both were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Since my bathroom sink was running slow, I had them clean that out also. Problems solved at a very reasonable price, which includes running a camera though the system to confirm the pipes are clear. I will continue to ALWAYS Roto Rooter when I have a plumbing problem!

Steve is a miracle worker. I've had 3 other companies out for a clogged bathroom sink, none of which could do anything or were not willing to keep at it. 45 minutes here and he had my old galvanized pipe opened up again. A big name company wasn't so Jolly to work with and wanted to charge me $2300 or more to replace the line. Steve also gave me the name of another plumbing company if I wanted to replace the line that is reasonable with their rates. Thanks again Steve and Rebisso plumbing!!

I would HIGHLY MarkCo plumbing. They came to my house within a week to do an inspection/give an estimate when I was in the buying process. Then after closing on the house they were able to come out in less than a week again and get the work done. They worked efficiently, fixed everything beyond my expectations, and did it all for a great price. I have very limited experience with plumbers, but I can assure you that if another issue arises they will be the ones I call.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
