I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Schneller employees are always professional and courteous of being in your home. A few years ago, they installed a new HVAC system and have since performed maintenance on it. We have enjoyed the HVAC system so far without complaints and always appreciate the thoroughness of employees and the continuous standard of care throughout the various employees who have serviced or inspected our unit. Keep up the great work!

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.

When I needed a garbage disposal removed and my sink repaired, I called G&K and asked for an estimate. They were friendly and professional, and their estimate was roughly the same as what every other place gave, so I made an appointment. The plumber arrived right when he'd said he would, and his work was excellent. It ended up costing less than they'd estimated. I'm very happy, and I'd call them again if I needed more work done.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

Their excellent suggestions were nicely complemented by quick action and superb skill.

Professional fast service. Very informative of a plan for maintenance on our system. Would have been 5/5 but the tech forgot to put the disconnect breaker back in. Honest mistake but to figure this out at 3am when your house is cold. Luckily I knew what I was doing, for others they may have had to call them back out

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
