Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Had an HVAC system installed. Came with a plumbing inspection. Knowledgeable and genial technician checked all the plumbing out. Everything looking good. Some good tips. No pressure. Would not hesitate to call in the future to address plumbing needs.

EXPENSIVE and frustrating system.
Feel like I was taken for a ride. $5000 for an 80 gallon water heater. Very easy access and about a 2 hour remove/install process.
Hope it’s top of the line and lasts a long long time.

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. I do all of my HVAC business with HELP. Kevin recently got our AC unit back up and running. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a part in less than an hour! As is always the case, the Tech guys from HELP are courteous and highly skilled and Kevin was certainly no exception to the rule!

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
