Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

The technician completed the visit to address my complaints from his prior visit. He listened to my concerns and addressed all the issues.
He made glad I have chosen Schneller and Knochelman for HVAC company.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Came out and in almost no time had the kitchen drain running better than it has in months. Plus it was less expensive than any of the other places we called.

The service with Plumb Tite was excellent. Every time I called someone answered the phone quickly, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was shocked with the speed of their response after I submitted a request and they even got someone to our house later the SAME DAY for an estimate, with the repairs being completed later the same week! Donnie was friendly, prompt, and did a great job. Would definitely hire Plumb Tite again!

We have had both kitchen and baths remodeled plus general plumbing.

I requested a gas heater be installed in my garage. Simple install, 10ft of flex pipe, 2 shut offs and various fittings to connect on both ends. Requested a ballpark quote, wouldn't give me one. Told me they would have to come out and quote me. Leary, I set up a time. They said between 8 and 9, the plumber showed at 0945. 10 minutes later, quoted me $872 for the job. I declined and was charged $89 for the 10 minutes it took to tell me they were overpriced. I declined their service and went with someone else who came in at $200 less then these guys.To summarize:- job took a little over an hour- required about $100 in parts- they won't give you any idea what standard installation costs- you have to pay to understand they are expensive.- they were lateReason for two stars instead of one is simply because they are courteous upon arrival and they communicate when the plumber is enroute.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

We called a few plumbers and they all said it would take a week or more to get out. Jolly was here the next day. Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional, and the prices were reasonable, even a few dollars less than what they estimated. Will use them again.

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
