This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

Great services. Unlike the 2 other providers I spoke with, Schneller and Knochelmann delivered a full quality service by evaluating the duct work in our house and doing a AC sizing estimate on our property. They made two fundamental changes: 1) They identified and fixed a problem on our duct work that I had suspected was an issue for years (they pointed it out before I mentioned anything about it) and 2) Reducing the tonnage of the A.C. from a 3 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit.The result? A more comfortable house and a lower energy bill (we've had the unit for more than a month now and when comparing the most recent month to the same month a year ago, we see that our energy bill decreased by ~10% (and all while setting our thermostat 1-2 degrees cooler).Did have some issues with communication between the sales guy and the installation team. I had to have them come back to my house to fix some things that weren't accomplished as agreed. This was a communication issue and mentioned because if I were to need them again, I'd review the job with the team doing the install before they started to ensure we were all on the same page.

Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Did a great job from start to finish. Every representative I spoke with on the phone was helpful - even at odd hours through their 24 hour line. The plumber was friendly and detailed. We used their services to scope a drain during home inspection and I felt like I could trust their report. Even sent me a video clip of the scope! Would recommend and use again

Dan was on time. He explained what he would be doing (once he looked at the 2 areas) and gave me a cost estimate. He wore covers on his shoes, was efficient and solved both issues quickly, and advised what to do if problem cropped up again. Super job.

FINALLY! a HVAC Company that not only is knowledgeable, but honest and doesn’t try to sell you everything you don’t need. Our technician “Brian” explained everything to us. We know feel like we finally understand how our furnace operates. We definitely have found “Our” HVAC Company.

Isiah responded this morning for a clogged drain at my house. He was on time and very polite and professional. He made sure to protect my property by wearing shoe covers and making sure his tools were always sittng on something to protect our flooring. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me options on how to handle it. He did what I requested and gave me follow up suggestions to help prevent this from happening in the future. The price for the drain cleaning was $89 with no hidden charges or fees. No high pressure up sales, just an honest job. I very much appreciate Apollo and the fact that they sent out a profile of their employee before he arrived, so I could know a little bit about him. Very impressed with the entire operation!!!

We recently moved into a home that we bought in Morrow, OH and noticed that there were a few plumbing items that needed to be handled. We contacted a few plumbing companies that we were referred to through the Nextdoor app but only received one call back and that plumber was busy. I then remembered seeing the sign for Help Plumbing while driving along I 75 for work and we’re glad we called them. James came out and was extremely professional. He performed a complete check of all of our plumbing and then pointed out a couple of additional items that should be repaired in order to keep our new home in good repair. He fixed those issues quickly while explaining what he was going to do. We’ll be sticking with Help Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.Update - Stay away.Our first experience was great. The plumber that came out identified a few issues other than what we originally needed done and was able to work with us on pricing. Signed us up for their club to have our HVAC system checked in the spring and fall and priority appointments.Called a few times since and their prices are just way too high. The most recent was almost $600 to change out 4 valves under our bathroom sinks. This included a diagnostic fee even with telling the plumber exactly what we wanted done.Other than our first appointment, we haven't received any receipts for services.Called to cancel their club and was told we would need to repay our savings since it's a year membership. Will definitely be canceling as soon as that year is up.

Rude, don’t use this company.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
