Best Heating System Installation in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

The technician was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the phone call just before he arrived so I knew exactly what time he was coming. This time I had the same technician I had in the spring. All the technicians have been good but it was nice to see a familiar face who knows my heating/cooling system. Also thanks for being a sponsor on Sacred Heart Radio. I try to use the companies who advertise on this station and I have recommended you to my family and friends. Great company!!!

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

Best company ever

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
