customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

It was easy to make the decision to start working with these guys after my interactions with Matthias at Schneider and Knochelmann. The company fit us on the schedule within a day, and the professionalism between the girl who scheduled us and Matthias that they sent out set a new standard compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past! Thanks guys!

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The team at Driekast are some the best in the business, not to mention extremely professional and trustworthy.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

EXPENSIVE and frustrating system.
Feel like I was taken for a ride. $5000 for an 80 gallon water heater. Very easy access and about a 2 hour remove/install process.
Hope it’s top of the line and lasts a long long time.

Eric did a good job and was courteous. Pricing is ridiculous. Less than an hours work for nearly $450 on a simple fix.

Our first experience with this business!!! We were able to get an appointment quickly!!! The Service Tech was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly, his helper too! We are looking forward to having them back to service our AC unit in the spring !!! Definitely happy with the overall service and professionalism!

Our service tech Jason was really helpful and knowledgeable. Did infrared heat scans on our walls to show where we could use more insulation and gave us ideas and options of some things we could do to improve comfort. Really a good experience and thorough preventive maintenance checkup.

To my surprise, I called Apollo Home in need of a plumber and within 1 hour, they had Elliott at my door. Elliott Hanes was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing my leaking kitchen strainer which had to be cut out. He patiently listened and then answered my novice questions about what was needed and why. Elliott wore booties to protect my flooring from the snowy slush outside and left his workplace pristine after ensuring there were no leaks after installation of the new strainer. I will definitely keep Apollo Home in my Contacts for future home repair issues.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Ryan arrived promptly at 8:30am and walked through the inspection with us. He gave us many options with different price points and after we decided what work we wanted done, told us he could do it same-day! Because he ended up needing assistance (ugh, my old house), Zach arrived in the afternoon. Both were very professional, friendly and dedicated to their craft. They stayed until they knew the job was done perfectly. We will 100% call Jolly again when (and if) we need plumbing services in the future. They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Best company ever

I haven't writtten a review in my life but I feel like If I don't do this other people might not realize how HORRIBLE, IRRESPONSIBLE , RIDICULOUS & UNTRUSTED this company is. We hired them for jobs but let them go for one of them because they didn't show up. We decided to let them finish the other job ( main sewer line replacement) because they already started. The agreement for the price was $2995 and will take 2-3 days to finish everything if the weather was permitted. It took them almost a month to get the job done and it is not because of the weather. It will take them much longer if we don't call them every single day to ask them to finish.
They went out and drill a hole in our basement to install a new pipe and leave the hole unseal and didn't come back for a week. Unfortunately for us, we got rain on the weekend and the water ran in basement like a stream. On Friday, 8 PM our tenant called and told us their stuff got soaking wet. I wished that I can know how to post the video here. We called their plumber. Of course, no answer. My husband left him a voice mail and we also called the company phone. The lady answered the phone and told us that not their problem. After, my husband yelled at her on the phone, and she said their plumbing will give us a call. Around 9:30 PM, their plumber called back and said he couldn't come because he was busy working on another job and wouldn't be able to show up until midnight. We told him we didn't care what time it was he need to come to fix the problem he created. We couldn't trusted because they already lied to us many times before so we had to go to Mernard to buy a sum pump to pump the water out and concrete stuff to fix the hole up by ourselves. After 2-3 weeks the work was still not done. We called the owner and told them if they couldn't get it done we had to hire different company. Of course we didn't even know they were done until few days ago, the lady called my husband and questioned us why don't we pay them. No phone call to tell us the job was done nor invoice. We asked them to give us the money we spent for materials, labor to fix the hole and called the city, etc back. They said no and they said they will put the lien on the house if we don't pay them full amount. We already mailed them the check 3 days ago and yesterday we received an email and a letter from their lawyer threat us to put the lien on our house if we don't pay them. I am glad to know to know that they wait their time and money to find a lawyer. We thought about about filling a court to get our money back but not sure if I wanted to wait my time to deal with those kind of people. If you consider hire this company, please think again not twice but three, four, five times. Trust me this company is worth nothing
