Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

John came to give us a bid for a new HVAC setup. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and provided 2 bids for 2 different systems. A pleasure to meet and speak with.

All the guys that came out really treat you with respect and they were very efficient in getting my water heater replaced. They are 24x7 which is another plus in my book

On 5/18/20 my waterproof basement flooded with over 4 inches of water as shown in the photo. I contacted the company and the supervisor flat out lied and denied responsibility. I called Jolly and Dylan came out and evaluated the problem. He could have attempted to run a few tests or checked for clogs but knew right away there was nothing he could do. He provided some suggestions on how to deal with the other company and left without charging for me for the service call.On 5/19/20 I contacted Jolly again after the waterproofing company refused to take ownership for the problem. Saul came out and brought his camera system. He took his time and ran his camera through several underground pipes and located the reason for the basement flooding. He downloaded the video to a flash drive and provided the proof needed to show the waterproofing company at fault. Jolly is 100% ethical, trustworthy, and reliable. Without them I would have a loss of over $15,000 from flood damage caused by waterproofing company that installed a system with several code violations. You guys are amazing!

The technician Derek was very informative and professional. Gave me my options on how to go about the repair I needed done with my plumbing. He made sure that he explained the process and what I needed to be done made recommendations for a few other things that I may need to have done. They were a little bit more expensive I think and then some other companies I had called but I am happy with the quality of work.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life.
