Best Heating Cooling in Cincinnati OH

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. We appreciated his transparency and work ethic. We told my 80+ year-old mother that this was a plumber she could trust. She called the next week and agreed that this is a company you can rely on. I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Service was professional and courteous. All options thoroughly explained. A coil and blower cleaning was completed in a satisfactory manner in an acceptable time frame. Will choose this company again.

Plumb Tite was competitive with other local plumbers in pricing a drain stack replacement and hot water heater. Chad was knowledgeable and communicative. They got to the job a little late due to finding the parts they needed, but they wrapped up early, everything looked great. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in quickly.

Super quick to schedule. Very communicative and prompt. Honest and clear but without speculating beyond what they could know. Very helpful.As a total aside, my dog got out and my technician chased her all over the neighborhood while I was cleaning and my phone was on silent, AND was totally nice about it. 100 A+ for customer service above and beyond. Someone give Sean a raise.

Repaired A/C unit

My circuit breaker box was so outdated that it nearly caused a major fire. I wanted a well trusted company that has excellent quality service. Nate was my electrician who worked Friday and Sunday upgrading my circuit breaker. He was very knowledgeable about his work and confident in his ability to make sure everything was successful. Nate's attitude was joyous and professional. I recommend Apollo to anyone who doesn't have extra time to chase a mediocre company. Thank you Nate and Apollo for making my home safe again.

Mike was great. He was very friendly and showed me what my septic tank looked like inside. He educated me on ways to keep it healthy as well. Mike was also kind enough to quickly look at a drain in my laundry room that I’ve been concerned about. He advised me what to do right now and then told me what Jolly could do if that doesn’t fix the problem. He was very reassuring to me. I will definitely use Jolly again and would love to have Mike back out if any issues arise. Thank you Jolly!

We had an OUTSTANDING experience. The HELP team responded quickly. Our AC went out over 4th of July weekend and Alex F came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. A Saturday on the 4th of the July weekend....we were so thankful!!The install team showed up promptly the day after the 4th to install our AC and Furnace. Tyler C and Darren R were simply outstanding! They were professional, courteous and patient. They answered all of our questions and worked diligently in the scorching heat and staying very late to make sure we had AC. They even let us do short videos so I could show my husband how all the items worked. AND they cleaned up meticulously after they were finished. We spoke to several other companies and would have had to have waited WEEKS to get a new AC unit. The HELP team took care of us pronto! Also, other teams told us we'd have to tear up the ceiling in our finished basement (causing very costly drywall repairs) but not the HELP team! Darren and Tyler worked diligently to make sure there was no damage to our ceilings...it took a lot of extra sweat on their part but it made a HUGE difference to us. We simply cannot say enough about this team.

Best company ever

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
