Best HVAC Maintenance in Cincinnati OH

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

We have used Schneller&Knochelmann for years to service our HVAC systems. All the words above describe how we feel about this business. This time it was Kevin Bowen who came out on the service call to check my air conditioning unit. he was very polite, professional, and Kevin answered all my questions in detail so I will be able to make good decision. I would welcome him back anytime . Everybody who asks me to recommend a heating, plumbing, and air conditioning company I always recommend Schneller& Knochelmann.Tyler Underhill and his partner did a great job of installing my new air conditioner. They were on time, professional, answered all my questions, helped me set up my new nest thermostat. Matt was the technician and he was wonderful. On time, very kind, did a great job with the repairs. He even went the extra mile and brought my trash cans in from the curb after the garbage truck came through. I was very impressed by him and will definitely use Thomas and Galbraith in the future.

Great company! They aren’t the cheapest (hence the 4 stars) but customer service and the quality work is amazing.Update: Ok, so I hired Apollo again and my installers were wonderful! I have realized you pay for what you get and they are worth it! Nicholas and his partner were the BEST I could ask for. So I increased to 5 stars!

Jolly was the second person we called to come look at our ac. The first recommended we get a brand new unit which would of cost us between 11k and 17k. They installed a brand new system in our house in 2014. The first maintenance person could not find the problem we had and actually did more damage than good. He blew our transformer when trying to start the system back up. Jolly’s installer found the issue from the start and was very clear with her direction and showed confidence in her work. She fixed the first installers error and did it in a timely manner. We were with Bryant for the past 10 years but have become jolly customers after the work done by Audrey. Thank you!

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life. Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.
