I called to get a quote on a project. I was told that they would be glad to come out to give an appraisal for a fee of $90 (which would be applied to the bill if hired). I explained that I understood why they might charge an appraisal fee and that I would keep them in mind in case I decided to go that route but at this time I was going to hold off. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Thanks for showing your true colors so quickly. Helped me more than you know.

I am sure that Tarvin Plumbing does great work and is likely to be a reputable contractor; However, they should be aware that their front line person answering the phones needs a crash course in customer service skills. Very unfortunate for them.

This was a holiday weekend emergency. Jason DeBord was prompt, thorough and very helpful on what I needed to do with water backup leaking through floor into the basement., not just plumbing but also who to get in to start drying it out. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service provided by Robert Stamper. He was very professional and kind. He made sure to make time to answer any questions I had about the service or parts or even just curiosities. He was a great conversationalist and took an interest. He took pictures of things he was checking on to show me and explain any problems or good things he was seeing. He was very knowledgeable about the business and took care of my problem same day. He even went above and beyond and took care of the blower speed on my interior unit to make it more effective. 5 star service all the way!!

Called several companies to compare prices for my issue and Billy was fair. He not only told me the problem he had it fixed quicker than I expected. So I'm happy, wife's, and my son no longer has bathtub toy. 🤔😄

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

We purchased our house in 1980 and was referred to Mr. Steve Oakley at Rebisso Plumbing as the company who had installed the heating system when the home was built in 1960. We're so glad we found him. We have never had anyone else work on our system and have always been impressed with Mr. Oakley's knowledge and ability. He always takes such good care of us and is always fair. Our gratitude and highest recommendation.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.
