Best Furnace Repair in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Sadie did a great job very professional. As we have a new system there wasn't any problems of course, however she still explains the numbers to me and the results of the test that she gave it.

Inspected the job. Explained what they were doing and how long they thought it would take. Two and a half hours later job done. Very professional and respectful of my home. They left me with no cleanup. Thanks Thomas & Galbraith. I am so excited and happy 😊.

I needed fast professional installation of a new tankless water heater and Plumb Tite accomplished that mission under my budget too. These are uncertain times for sure but I thing you can count on is Plumb Tite doing a great job. Dustin is truly a master at his craft. Matthias was courteous, prompt and informative. He is definitely a great employee. They emailed me yesterday and texted me this morning with a photo of the service technician. Matthias, the technician, was respectful of us and the house and was here on time. I have done business with this company for years and they have always been above expectation. No doubt I would have Matthias here again when I need service. He explained the problems and walked me through the repairs. He is an asset of the Schneller Knochelmann brand.

Completely, totally satisfied!We have loved HELP so far. We are members and recently had them come out for a furnace tune up included in our membership. Scheduling was easy, no additional cost to us and Alex who came out was wonderful. Professional and personable.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!
