VERY PLEASED! We purchased a new water from this company through our plumber. The guys I talked to were very helpful in helping us decide which type and size water heater we needed. They were very patient with me as I didn't know anything about water heaters. They are now our new best supplier. I will be back.

The company sent someone out quickly. The technician, Blake, was polite and worked efficiently.
Edit: 16 days after they came out, drain started running slow again so they would like another $199 to come back out. So $400 to clear a drain???

Halpin has always been timely, courteous, and professional. I have had problems with other plumbing companies not doing things correctly which resulted in multiple visits. This has never been the case with Halpin. They dont use agressive scare tactics and aren't trying to upsell me. Just good, honest, professional work at a fair price. I needed all my pipes in my basement replaced due to it being all old and Corroded. They was easy to work with and it cost about 1,850 dollars to have all thos pipes removed and replaced so i think that was pretty good. My water pressure is way better now and i wont have to worry about them busting so I'm really happy about that. The plumber they sent was also very friendly and professional so thats nice.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

We purchased our house in 1980 and was referred to Mr. Steve Oakley at Rebisso Plumbing as the company who had installed the heating system when the home was built in 1960. We're so glad we found him. We have never had anyone else work on our system and have always been impressed with Mr. Oakley's knowledge and ability. He always takes such good care of us and is always fair. Our gratitude and highest recommendation.

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

I used a home warranty and the warranty company screwed up and didn't send in a work order but the plumber was very responsive. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. Please use his company. He is very good.

Used Grace Plumbing twice because we were so happy with the first job. When I asked his cost for labor he did not include the cost of labor for his partner.

They replaced the tub plugs in 3 tubs for the second job. Took under an hour (close to an hour) and he charged me $225 in labor. $100 for his partner and $125 for him. Even though his cost of labor that he told me was $125 for the first hour.

The one bathroom also had the trash still on toilet and plug wasn’t screwed on. When I spoke to him after, he said that the cost would have been the same but I don’t believe it would have taken him two hours. I explained I understood he has to pay his partner but when you tell someone what you charge you either include your partner in that charge or you have to disclose your partners fees.

Very unfortunate because I enjoyed working with them.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
