Cannot recommend this business enough.Veteran owned and christian based. Received a callback within minutes and they were at my house within the hour with a new water heater. Expedient, responsive, and very personable. Jason gave me a lot of knowledge on my issues and showed great craftsmanship. Reasonably priced as well. Will contact for any future plumbing needs.

Called due to a completely blocked kitchen sink drain. He said he was pretty busy but gave us advice on how to use the snake tool we had already rented. Extremely polite and nice even though he couldn't actually come out to our house. Will definitely use again in the future!

Very impressed with the quality of professionalism Grace Plumbing provided. Got the job done and even though issues arose, they dealt with it. When it came time to pay I was beyond shocked by the low price considering I had quotes from other companies that was double. Definitely will call on this company again for future work.

Our outside faucet leaked. Great job taking care of that. Kitchen faucet leaking. Need new faucet, waiting for Moen to send replacement. Great people to deal with.

Had a tough-to-find leak and they figured it out and took care of it at a reasonable price. Can't ask for much more than that! You won't be disappointed.

Jason was awesome and replaced our sump pump. Good ole SF ins. said it wasn't covered. S.F. however not happy with, after being their customer 30 plus years!

Used Grace Plumbing twice because we were so happy with the first job. When I asked his cost for labor he did not include the cost of labor for his partner.

They replaced the tub plugs in 3 tubs for the second job. Took under an hour (close to an hour) and he charged me $225 in labor. $100 for his partner and $125 for him. Even though his cost of labor that he told me was $125 for the first hour.

The one bathroom also had the trash still on toilet and plug wasn’t screwed on. When I spoke to him after, he said that the cost would have been the same but I don’t believe it would have taken him two hours. I explained I understood he has to pay his partner but when you tell someone what you charge you either include your partner in that charge or you have to disclose your partners fees.

Very unfortunate because I enjoyed working with them.

Dean Grace is a great guy and a reliable plumber! We had a leak in our half bath toilet and a problem with our shower. He came out and fixed them without a problem (we had another plumbing service came out to fix the leak the month before but they didn't fix it at all and they charged us a lot!) The pricing from Grace Plumbing is very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend him!

We have used Grace Plumbing twice now, and will never use another plumber. Dean Grace owns the company and has been the one to perform the work for us. Great guy! Honest, excellent work at very reasonable rates. Can't say enough good things about Grace Plumbing.

Did not clean up after he was done. Tracked snow and debris from front door to upstairs. Left parts in driveway instead of taking it with him. Left trash near the fix site. Charged $325 in labor for a job that essentially took 2 hours. Offered alternative options after cutting into my ceiling. Now I have to pay to get that fixed. At the end of it all he comes off annoyed at the customer and seems like you are an inconvenience after he is the one who wants to be texted everything and forgets what he proposed initially. He wants to do the job right as he says, but customer service and patience is lacking.

Dean was so efficient with his time and knowledgeable of the issue at our home. He came fully prepared for the job and showed excellent customer service.

They are top notch. Very professional. I had some issues with a leaky pipe and some drains that needed replaced. They were on time, courteous, and very knowledable. I would definitely call them again.

Great service

In January of 2017 I hired Dean to install a whole house water filtration and softener system from Pelican. He was very professional, very thorough, and the prices were reasonable. It was not the cheapest quote I received but I was very impressed by his willingness and ability to answer my questions about the process. (New home owner) The only negative thing I have is that my water pressure decreased after the work was completed. I'm not certain if that's his fault though or if it's my water system. It's not bad water pressure but it's noticeably different on the second level. Overall, It was a pleasure to have him and I highly recommend him.

Ethan from Grace Plumbing was onsite within 4 hours from the initial call, late on a Friday, where other plumbing companies were scheduling for Sunday and Monday. Ethan was in and out to repair a clogged kitchen disposal, with clean up in less than an hour. Turns out his family were former neighbors. Remarkably responsive, fast and friendly service.

Sadly a negative experience with them. Called to schedule for someone to come out for a priority problem but not an emergency. Spoke to the plumber himself who stated on a job at the time but to text my info to his number and they would call back that evening to schedule. Immediately texted info....16 days later now, still no call :(

We had him come over to check for a possible leak. He was thorough and found that we didn't have a leak. Then he said we didn't have to pay anything, since he didn't have to do anything. That was really nice!
