$41 for a grab bar buying in bulk is insane....Avoid this place...if they are trying to make that much on a grab bar, think about their other products.

Great prompt service

Had a clogged clothes washer drain that would back up whenever we used the washer. Got tired of cleaning up gallons of water from the floor so I called Roto-Rooter. Rajesh did a great job clearing the drain and testing it to ensure it was done right. Also like the 6-month warranty should the problem happen again over that time. Prompt, professional service and would definitely use them again in the future.

They were very professional. They worked quickly, and from what I could tell so far it was a quality job.

receptionist Angie was absolutely horrible to me, made me not want to do any business with them. She hung up on me twice and tried to tell me she was the manager.

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

They came out when they said they would and completed the work.
Bad thing is they don't give any estimate prior, but charge a trip fee. It's waived if they do the work, but they are grossly expensive.

We have used Rebisso for many years. I should have written a review long before now. They are quick to respond and always do a great job. Steve usually comes over and he really knows his stuff and he gives you his honest opinion. When the work is complete he leaves and says you get a bill in the mail. That's the old fashioned way of doing business and I love it. I always recommend Rebisso whenever anyone is looking for plumbing work.

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

Dean was so efficient with his time and knowledgeable of the issue at our home. He came fully prepared for the job and showed excellent customer service.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
