Unfortunately I had to call Anderson Hills Plumbing because they are the experts! Repairing and installing new faucet and water lines myself on a 35 yr old house and the hot/cold line off/on valves under bathroom sink deteriorated and I broke them! AHP to the rescue ! Same day service, professional, experienced and very efficient! Ryan and Zac were awesome and I highly recommend this company for all your needs related to plumbing! These guys do mostly commercial work, but they helped me out with a residential job.

Nancy scheduled me in less than a week.
The two great plumbers who arrived at my house listened very carefully and got to work in less than five minutes - they did not mess around at all, they were extremely professional, and finished sweating some copper pipe and replacing a filter assembly in less than 20 minutes. Perfect solder, perfect clean up - everything was well done. These guys are true professionals with no excuses.

Great people an they know what they are doing

Called to get a clog removed from my drain. 3 people showed up for the job. They said they couldn’t get through to unblock the area. Then quoted me 3k to Jack hammer my floor out and possibly another 7k to line my sewer drain. I said I’d hold off and think about it. I went and rented a snake and was able to unclog it myself for 35 dollars. They didn’t even try to unclog it from the other drain in my basement (They didn’t even try that drain.. which is 15ft from the clean out they were trying.) I feel as they came and didn’t fully try to unclog the drain to try to upsell me on a bigger job. The 98 dollar drain unclog is free unless they get it unclogged. Feels like a scam to set up for a bigger sell.(I had a manager contact me after the review I left. That is a generic response from “Tina” I had one phone call and I called back…please actually look into these reviews and try to solve the problem before responding with a generic answer that isn’t accurate.)

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
