I have been here a few times. And I have found it the most helpful and best place I've been to in this area. They explain to me what I need not what I'm trying to tell them what I want. Would recommend to anybody who needed help and plumbing parts

Andy and Ron were excellent. Very friendly, explained everything, gave me tips on how to troubleshoot my other outdoor spigots when problems arise. Would definitely recommend!

Schneller & Knochelman put in a new AC system for us about a week ago. Pete came out and took a look and advised what we needed. Nathan and his crew installed it in a matter of hours. Quite a feat considering the air handler is on the 3rd floor of our older home in the Newport historic district. They were all very professional and treated our home with care. The unit is great. They will be our go to company for our heating and air going forward.The company is also a major contributer to a charity close to our heart Redwood School.Great folks to trust you business to.

Unprofessional!! Extremely Rude! I Will Never Use Them Again and suggest you do the same !!!! Approximately 2 years ago I started using G&K plumbing in a rental property that I was having plumbing issues with. The first experience I was treated nicely and billed fairly. Since then, their attitude and billing treatment has changed immensely. I have had other issues arise with this property and have called on G&K multiple times (my mistake). G&K (the actual plumber) may eventually get the job done but the office staff (the family )-this is a family owned business, is the most rude, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have scheduled appointments and have no showed, no phone call, no apologies, to either my tenants or myself who took the entire day off work to meet with them. Then they rescheduled days down the road, after we had already been waiting days for them to come. I have always paid G&K promptly, even though (in some cases) I have had question regarding their billing and repair details. When I query them, they are uncooperative and have treated me like dirt! Insulting me for asking questions and telling me they will answer the questions when the bill is paid. They are reluctant to answer anything! My last inquiry turned into a screaming match, with them accusing me of not paying a bill for over 3 months when in fact the bill was 3 weeks old and the only reason I hadn't paid it was because they hadn't returned my 4 previous phone calls (that they said they would return) regarding the details of the repair.

If that's not enough to warn you away from this company, one time the plumber cut the wrong pipe (water everywhere), created an enormous mess (that I needed to clean up), damaged ceilings tiles due to the spraying water and then charged me to fix the pipe they wrongfully cut (which they eventually had to re-repair because it wasn't repaired properly the first time). Take your chances with G&K,.... My opinion, take your chances on another plumbing company!!!

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Joe came out and fixed an outdoor water leak for a wonderful price, however about 2 1/2 months later the leak sprung again. We called Joe, and he advised if the problem was his fault he would fix it free of charge. We let him know we would call him back, in which we did and we have received no response at all.

Wow, words can not describe how pleased I am with the service I received from 1-Tom-Plumber! Cody and Ben were prompt, professional, listened carefully and got to work without hesitation! They may be young, but they are truly top notch in their profession. Even though it was our first time meeting, I felt perfectly comfortable leaving them working in my home while I ran errands (something I rarely do). Repaired the problem, cleaned up nicely and were on their way. I will definitely use them again as needed. Very fair pricing to boot. I can't wait to spread the word! These guys are keepers for sure!

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

500.00 for an hour of work,,c'mon.

We had a great experience today. Thank you to Eric, Tyler, Brandon and the entire team for working together to make sure of that! It is often difficult to find service you can trust. We will definitely call again when the need arises.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
