Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Alivia and Brenden were very quick to respond to a couple of last minute service requests. We received the quote in a very timely manner. They moved things around to try to accommodate a last minute need. We will be using 1-Tom Plumber again.

Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

WAY over priced. $600 to replace water heater with a new one that I purchased. Plumber was very good. Efficient, professional. Job well done. But not $600 well done!

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. Our bathtub drain pipe, which was embedded in concrete above our dining room, burst. We were told that we would need to jackhammer our bathroom floor out to get to it. Then Eric arrived, and knew how to get to the pipe from below. It took him two days, when we feared it may take several weeks. He was great and did the job in the time and at the same cost as he initially quoted. We went from having a very bad accident to a very positive experience. Thanks, Eric!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

We have had our sump pump drained 3-4 times at our hair salon in butler Ky. And each time they come, they are super quick and efficient.

Unbelievable service

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
