Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

I called today with a leaking pipe dripping water into my basement. Scott came with another gentleman, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. (A mouse chewed through the pvc pipe, they replaced it with copper) I was extremely pleased with the work and response!! I would highly recommend Scott and Schnelling & Knochemann for plumbing problems.

Tarvin Plumbing is an excellent company! We were very pleased with their 2 visits- one for replacement of 2 outside faucets and the 2nd visit for replacement of the main water shutoff valve and replacement of the air chamber on the water heater that prevents “hammering”. We will be happy to have “Jim” back for any future plumbing needs.Tarvin's office staff and procedure for scheduling is fantastic!

I called Jolly Plumbing to my elderly aunts home because the water heater wasn’t working. I was unable to look at it prior to their arrival . I told them she probably needed a new water heater. She only needed a simple repair, and that’s all they did!

James was punctual and friendly. He quickly found out problem and explained it thoroughly. He offered a few different solutions for fixing/replacing, depending on our budget. I appreciated his efficiency in working as well as his ability to explain the work and make recommendations.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

We have had our sump pump drained 3-4 times at our hair salon in butler Ky. And each time they come, they are super quick and efficient.

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house.
