I called late afternoon and they had someone at my house in 3 hours. Caleb was great and friendly. We just got the house last year and instead of colling our AC was pumping hot air. He replaced that immediately, told me what to do next time, what had been wrong and everything. I couldnt be happier with the service. Give Caleb Stevens a raise!!

Web site was easy to use and schedule an appointment. They had a list of general pricing which I did not find on their competitors websites. They called to confirm the appointment and service to be done. The technician called prior to coming onsite. Once onsite , he was friendly and courteous. The new water heater installation looks great and the water pipe installation looks better than before. Overall excellent experience.

Had this service on two rental properties. The service team was always late even giving their two hour service window, which was challenging as I live an hour away from the property. They wouldn't cancel my service club subscription until 3 months after selling the property after several attempts and arguing with the lady over the phone and through email about it. Pointless club that I didn't even use. Cost me more time, money, and headache. Plumber took over 14 hours to install a water heater and then didn't do it correctly causing a gas leak that the local gas company guy had to repair. Would not recommend.

As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!
