They were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I booked online and received a text message from them first thing next morning. Within 30 minutes of that they called to schedule my appointment and promptly arrived as scheduled. My tech was Michael who professional, COVID safe and a pleasure to have in my home.My entire experience was better than expected and I will definitely use them again, and refer my friends and family to them.

I tried to repair outdoor faucet myself but it was beyond what I could do. Eric from Plumb Tite did great work to replace it and provided excellent service.

Kevin was knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t use a bunch of technical terms and was friendly. Easy to work with.

Great group of people. Corey was the lead on my job, and he did a spectacular job. He was a great listener, good communicator, kept me in the loop on what he was doing, emphasis on doing it the correct way, hard worker. Ryan was very good communicating too. Always kept their appointments, and showed up when they said they would. Price was competitive with other quotes.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

I had called Roto Rooter for a problem and they were going to charge me over $300. Being the (wannabe) fix it guy, I figured I could probably do it myself and quickly learned I am NOT a plumber. Called Jolly and had one guy come out, said he fixed it but he didn't, called the next morning and they had Joshua come out, he got it fixed within 15 minutes, and no extra charge. Extremely happy. Will definitely not try to be a plumber again and will call for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Chad was very informative and stepped me through the process. This was a big expense for us and Schlueter made it as painless as possible. I will certainly use them again.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Best company ever

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
