As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time. We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. Personable, professional and extremely helpful, I really appreciated that I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch but rather a straight forward and educational assessment and guidance to find what would be our best option. He went above and beyond to expedite the process which was fantastic. The installment team led by Justin was punctual, efficient and polite and I highly recommend Wingate for those important repairs/replacements needed to maintain the comfort of your home.

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.

This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Our house in Erlanger needed an entire HVAC system after many decades of use on rather short notice. The guys at Schneller first gave us a second opinion on possible replacement before creating several options for the best system.We still cautiously took a couple of additional quotes but Schneller came in, at not only a lower price, but even better equipment than their competitors. Part of our concern was selling the house in the near future. The Amana brand they offer has a fully transferable warranty - a great resell feature.The work was scheduled just a few days out and was completed inside a day. The new unit is not only more efficient but takes up less space in our utility room. A Wi-Fi thermostat was part of the package and is so easy to use from our mobiles.Everything was done quickly and neatly, including removing the old system and no mess left behind.Thank guys. Job well done!

Have a maintenance agreement with company. Ac maintenance came looked at system. took cover off (Homeowner had to supply tools} . only check drain went. Went outside sprayed compressor with garden hose and was finished. When questioned about checking coolant level response was I do not have tools to do that. Is that not part of a maintenance check? Very very disappointed with this service.

We have had HVAC maintenance service contract with Schneller Knockleman for many years. Our hot water surge tank started dripping. Called Schneller and since it wasnt an emergency, they sent a tech the following business day.He determined the surge tank went bad due to a faulty PRV pressure reduction valve at the house water inlet. Our house water system was at street pressure.Generated a quote at that time.We agreed and the work was scheduled for a day we chose.Nice plumbing tech. Cleaned up the two areas he worked on, and house water pressure was back down to normal.Final bill was exactly as estimated.

This is by far my favorite plumbing company. The dispatch was courteous and managed to get me on the schedule within 24 hours of my call. What really blew me away though was the plumber they sent out. Auburn was fantastic. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He took time to answer my questions and explain the issue at hand in a way I could comprehend. Bonus points for the respect they showed to my home by using plastic covers on their boots when entering the house. Absolutely would recommend, and I'll definitely ask for Auburn next time I need plumbing help.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

I cancelled service with Affordable Plumbing. They are VERY unprofessional. The secretary told me they would be out Friday , no one came, no one called. I called Saturday, the same secretary told me they would definitely be out Saturday, no one came and again no one called. I called today and the same girl says I'm scheduled for Monday.

I didn't get an apology for inconvenience or anything like that, she just said 'she doesn't know what to tell me' so I cancelled their service. I would not recommend this company to anybody. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this place.
