Best Burst Pipe in Cincinnati OH

Schneller & Knochelman put in a new AC system for us about a week ago. Pete came out and took a look and advised what we needed. Nathan and his crew installed it in a matter of hours. Quite a feat considering the air handler is on the 3rd floor of our older home in the Newport historic district. They were all very professional and treated our home with care. The unit is great. They will be our go to company for our heating and air going forward.The company is also a major contributer to a charity close to our heart Redwood School.Great folks to trust you business to.

My dealings with this company have been a long and bumpy road, which have only gotten worse as they went. Initially, I had them come and service a split unit that was not working. After their service call, it was less than a week until the unit was not doing anything at all to cool the space. At that point, they sent out a salesperson to look at our setup and quote us on replacing it altogether. I also requested a quote for replacing five geothermal units. The salesman was friendly enough, and seemed eager to help get things working as they needed to be, however, he did get a bit salty upon hearing that his quote for the job was not the only quote we were getting. Weeks went by with no response from him on that quote. When I called the office, I was told that due to the size of the job, they did not want to take it on. So here I am, a client on the hook with 3 split units and 5 geo systems, and they have decided to NOT take my money. A bold and interesting choice in this economy, to say the least. The most frustrating aspect of all this is having my family suffering through 90+ degree days, with it 89 degrees in my living room, thinking there was actual hope on the horizon, only to find out we'd been completely ghosted by these guys. I can't think of much that is more unprofessional than that. If I could give my experience less than one star, I absolutely would.**As an interesting addition, the split unit that prompted our initial reaching out, and which we were told by T&G would need replacing, was fixed by a technician from another company today in a matter of minutes. I guess they'll be the ones who get the rest of the jobs, as well.

Plumb Tite was incredible. We were trying to list our house when we found the shower in the basement leaking. They were able to come out right away and take a took, order the replacement shower stall, and install all within a 2 week timeframe.

My landlord regularly uses this company and this visit from them was exceptionally well. Within 3 hours of my landlord calling they had someone here. Tyler was a pleasure to have as the arriving Plumber. Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00

Stay away from this guy! Called at 5:00 said he would be an hour 7:45 finally called him and didn't even care he lost the job!

Steve was out with in a day of me reaching out to jet our sewer. It was part of our inspection defect list to be repaired prior to closing he got it i handled for us quick.
