Best Air Conditioner Replacement in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

I have a fall project to heat and cool my basement and a 3 season room. I was looking for suggestions on how to do this. Adam provided me with the information I needed to get my rooms ready for fall. He listened to what I wanted to do and provided me with an HVAC system that would do the job along with a range of costs depending upon the options I choose.

I’ve used Schneller on multiple occasions and have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, prompt, clean, and they stand behind their work.

The work was not done correctly, and them they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars to make it right. In the end, I had to have the work reversed and didn't get what I paid for. The office manager acted like it was my fault and basically said they didn't want to do business with me again. Well, do you really think I would have anyway! It was just adding insult to injury. The real blame here should lie with the lead of the sales crew that did the initial work incorrectly and over-promised. What the lady managing the office did was an entirely different thing. She was unbelievably unprofessional. Please note that the service technician was amazing. He is not part of the sales crew.

Troy Galloway was great. He assessed the problem, got what he needed to fix it and made sure there were no leaks when he finished. He explained everything in detail.

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to get our unit up and running again! i definitely recommend Dick Scott Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning!!!

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.
