This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Called the company to check out an issue with plumbing and get a quote to fix HVAC ducts. Both the plumbers and HVAC teams were very professional, friendly and informative with my plumbing issue fixes and a good quote to fix HVAC ducts. I then had a consultation with Joe the next day to replace my old HVAC system and he was very thorough checking the duct work, the units, the house and explaining everything. These guys are very professional and I would recommend them for any repairs. Their diagnostic fee is also competitive.

Victor came in and took care of my issue. I bought membership and will ask for him again for summer and winter tune ups.

Our experience with Apollo replacing the indoor and outdoor units of the home's HVAC was great. The whole process was smooth from the initial inspection up to having a brand new system installed.The original service call was to inspect the system due to noises while in use. During the inspection, the Apollo technician Rickey walked me through what was found in terms that were easily understandable and what to expect if I chose repairs. Danny was great at presenting the different options of a new system; we went with replacing the HVAC units. Both Rick and Ron worked on ripping out the old units and replacing them. Rick and Ron were professional and took the time to inform me on the expectations of the new system units and best practices to take care of our system going forward. At the end, they ensured that if there were any questions to not hesitate in calling.Would recommend Apollo to others and I plan on using them again should any other needs arise.

Zeth Harmon did a great job ,HE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT HE WAS DOING AN THE REASON BEHIND IT FOUND HIM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AN PROFESSIONAL. This young man was her for 6 to8 hours to change out my water shut off valves an informed me that everything about the water heater was not up to code so he planned a great plan to reroute all the plumbing an replace the water heater an all the vaules bring everything up to code I have been with this company for 3 years now an have excellent service every time . I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.
