Called to see if I could get someone to come out and repair my furnace.. Seeing it was a holiday I can understand being send to a call center however the person taking my info was rude and was not helpful at all. I was informed the on call technician will contact me shortly.. 12 hours later still no call and I ended up fixing my own furnace. Thank goodness for Google and YouTube. Definitely not referring them and will take my repairs or furnace maintenance elsewhere.

I just bought my condo 2 months ago. Right before closing the previous owner had a new HVAC system installed. I haven’t had to use my heat until a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that it didn’t seem to be heating very good so I called the company to get them to come look at the system. Rico was on time and very thorough. He finally figured out that the heating element was missing from my unit. They are replacing the whole unit. He even went back to the store and brought me 2 space heaters to keep my place warm until the new unit is installed. I’m honestly very shocked and upset that something like this got past the installers. But Rico was just awesome!! He went above and beyond!!

Three months after moving into our new home our air condition went out. It was the middle of July and 90+ degrees. A family member of ours referred us to Ryan and gave him a great review. He was quick to get back to us and came to the house that day, which we greatly appreciated because of how hot it was in our house. His assessment of the problem was very honest and knowledgeable. He gave us several options of things we could do with multiple pricing points. We ultimately decided to buy a new unit which he helped us to pick based on which would be the most cost effective as well as efficient for our home. He was able to order and install the new unit all within the same week it had gone out. We even price matched an equivalent unit from another company and still found that we were getting the best deal. We are grateful for their expertise, honesty, sense of urgency and quality of work. We would highly recommend using Quality Comfort Heating and Air conditioning and plan to use them again for all our future heating and air needs.

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs.
