I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

They were fast and courteous, they left the area clean and were cautious of our animals when opening doors. Extremely happy with the 10 year parts/service warranty plus life time warranty on the tank through the manufacturer after that.

Original sales contact that came out to give us a bid was very knowledgeable and professional. On day of install all of the workers were professional and respectful of our home. Lead person was very professional and helped educate us on the new wall thermostat and showed us how to connect to our wi-fi.

As a 25 year old woman who bought an older house and has little idea on how to maintenance it, I was nervous when my furnace stopped working randomly on the coldest night of the season so far. I called Quality Comfort Home Services and Scott came out the very next day, right on time. My house was 55 degrees when he got here and he got right to work. As a young woman who lives alone, it was phenomenal that they send out a picture of the tech so I knew exactly who I was opening my door for. He offered me advice for the future (like not to turn off the gas) and fixed the problem quickly. Turns out there was a dead bird in my motor. He also helped take care of a wasp nest that has been plaguing my walkway for months, which was so kind. My house was up to 68 degrees before he left. At no point did I feel that Scott was treating me as anything less than he would treat family. It was a great experience all around, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ethan was very friendly and respectful. Not only did he explain everything to me he also re-explained everything to husband. We paid in cash and he was very respectful while having to count it out. He didn't leave a mess which lm very grateful for.

Our our technician at Jolly Plumbing, Joe Weisenberger, was extremely knowledgeable and found our problem immediately. He was very friendly and I felt like having a beer with him. We will definitely have him back for the rest of our plumbing needs. Thanks Joe!

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. I was in need of HVAC service. After inspection it was deemed I needed a new unit. Tech was great to work with. Explained everything in detail. Showed me the damage that needed replacing. Just made sense to put a new one in. Old system was 14 years old. Install will take place on Monday

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.
