Best Air Conditioner in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

I've been with this company for years, and I've yet to have anything but a 4 star experience. There technicians are always personable, knowledgable, helpful, neat, and clean. Love them!

Its not hard. Good, fair, and on-time service is NOT hard. And yet soooooo many companies are unable to do just that one simple thing: to be truly customer service oriented. Thomas & Galbraith is. It's very simple.

He explained what he was focused on for our scheduled AC maintenance. He reviewed the results of his inspection and recommendations to improve the unit’s efficiency. This company is great. Every technician that comes out know what they are doing and always tell me ahead of time what they about to do and give me a good price. I highly recommend them.

Jason and his team were first class. When our basement flooded I went around and received a lot of quotes for repairs but his the most fair and honest (Mitigation and re-build). His team was on time and did the job the right way. His staff was true professionals and let you know the progress (They even played with the dog). I would recommend Jolly to anyone and I will forever be a customer.

Tony Hoekstra did an amazing job cleaning and fixing our over-worked AC system. He was hard-working and honest - even showed us how clogged our outside unit was. As the homeowner of a house that is well over 100 years old, the charm of it is matched by the not so fun surprise repairs that pop up from time to time.
