Cormoc was very nice, professional, and efficient. He asked us about our problem. He then explained exactly what he was going to do to determine the cause of our problem and how much it would cost and made sure we understood before he started. During the process He discovered a problem we didn't know about that was the city's responsibility. He and his colleagues coordinated with the city for an inspector to come out. Regardless of the outcome of the inspection, I would strongly recommend anyone with a sewer or plumbing problem to call Baethke & Son. I especially appreciated the documentation explaining the work done, cost and the warranty. Very professional.

Jan is amazing. I’ve hired a lot of contractors for various issues around the house but he is the only one that I have run across that I actually think really loves his trade and truly cares about the client that hired him.

I sent photos of the leaky pipe in my bathroom and he sent a quote quickly and job was done exactly as stated. I tend to helicopter any contractor that is doing work on my home because I would like to learn for future issues and Jan is beyond curious, professional, and very knowledgeable to any questions I had. This is actually the second time we have used Vanguard and Jan is by far the most efficient and friendliest contractor I’ve met.

Called for service and got yelled at. Urg! We all need to have more patience, yet I'm very reluctant to spend my money with angry people.

Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

Martin and crew were polite and very receptive to all my requests. Would hire them in a heartbeat again. Excellent work!

Rob and his crew are professional and think out all the details to the job at hand. My project has been ongoing for a few years and these guys have been there every step of the way. It was honestly not a big job but we needed a professional plumber to take care of a leak in the toilet. Good thing about them is that they responded and sent a skilled technician who fixed the pipes that were leaking.

They came on short notice late Friday night to address a sewage backup problem. It took two trips to unclog the sewer line because they needed a more powerful rodding machine, but they didn't charge any more than the quoted upfront price. They called ahead an arrived in the expected timeframe. I most appreciated the time they took to answer my questions. One thing I didnt like was the first guy that came out didn't open the catch basin and said it was frozen, but I was able to get it open pretty easily for the second team to inspect it. Overall good and would consider using them again.

We have used Chicagoland Plumbing for years and Edwin has never let us down. He is extremely reliable and responsive and will take as long as he needs to fix the problem. This last time, we had our laundry sink overflow and after clearing the drain, he correctly identified the problem as overflow from our catch basin. This is just the latest example of his excellent work.

John Chmura was very knowledgeable. After two days of phoning various companies, I called a neighbor who recommended VanDerBosch. Pleasant interactions, solved the issue with the radiant heat puncture.

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

We are scheduled to have them Friday but they came Highly recommended. look forward to future business !!!

Third time using Apex Plumbing on my apartment building and will do so again if a need arise. impressed for a third time, so leaving an appreciative review. Chaz and Charles repaired a leaking drain pipe in the wall of one of my apartment units, and cut away some floor and drywall in a very clean way to allow for easy patch. Also, reduced their quote after finishing as they got it done quicker than expected. I can't ask for much more than that! -Jim

Great job! I coordinated a building shutoff and they were 10 minutes early as requested. The pricing was $280 for a ball valve and $75 per cap which for their trip and time is reasonable. They went above and beyond by assisting the building management team who could not locate the shutoff valves.

I'd definitely recommend them and I'm very happy with their service.

We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

Walter Zuniga & crew were amazing. I’ma 1st time building owner who had a number of bad experiences within a short period of time. My faith in the repair services industry was at an all time low. I even had 3 other plumbers come out prior to Zuniga plumbing for pricing & he was by far the most reasonable & came up with the most solutions for each issue. It was obvious he cared about his craft, his company & me, the client. He knew I was on a budget & we did what he could to give me different options. He even gifted me a couple services gratis, on him to build the client relationship, which is unheard of. He & his crew member gave me maintenance tips regarding my radiators (which wasn’ta part of the service & even showed me how to program my thermostat. He cleaning up everything & even took down old pipes that had been left unattached from prior work before my purchase. I’m very thankful I came across this company & I know if/when I need any future updates or repairs, this will always be my go to company. They are reliable, caring, personable, efficient & they do great work!! I went from old galvanized water pipes to beautiful copper & they even worked until 11 pm one day. My quote did not change & they went beyond my expectations.
