Best Ejector Pumps in Chicago IL

We have used Rocket no less than half a dozen times over the last few years for our condo in downtown Chicago. They have repaired everything from leaking shower pans (which required cutting out part of the downstairs ceiling & multiple visits to resolve the source issue) to replacing a failing ejector pump. Always on time, efficient, professional and easy to deal with - we call them first for any plumbing issues and have referred to friends as well. While plumbing issues are a headache, we always know Rocket will make it as painless as possible to resolve!

I scheduled a repair for a shower head. Since weekends were an additional charge, I took an off day from work and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. When the appointment time came, no call and no show. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween. I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call. Kuhn Plumbing has been our plumber for years. They are very responsive, getting someone out in a couple of hours (for a non-emergent issue). They gave dispatch updates and Mike arrived at the stated time with mask in place. Since reading our file history of a potentially complicated water heater, they sent one of their more experienced plumbers who fixed it without any difficulty. He also checked with the manufacturer to be sure there wasn't another nuance. Then Mike explained the problem and how to fix it in the future. Professional and friendly throughout. Outstanding service.

Had Ken from Sam's Plumbing And Rodding install a new kitchen sink and fix a leak in the bathtub. He was extremely courteous and professional. The company was quick to send him back after I wanted him to check on the fix the next day, no charges. He made recommendations on things I could change but didn’t push for any “fixes”. Very satisfied overall with the work and with the company.

Apex was referred to me by a friend and after calling them about my sink and garbage disposal back-up. They sent Branden and Adan out to fix the problem. I definitely have to give Ed Weathersby a 5 STAR. I had a bad situation that involved old pipes that could have literally turned out deadly. Ed came in, evaluating the situation, explained to us what was going on, Ed took the old pipes out, replaced with all new pipes. Most important, Ed was VERY knowledgeable in what he was doing, he communicated with us every step of the way, so we was aware of everything that was going on. I have used Bubba and Wayne;s service for a number of years they show up when they say thay are; they do there work, clean up and are reasonable with there pricing. I can't ask for any thing else I will use them for another 20 years with out questions.

I had a great experience with Savior plumbing! To make a long story short, after a terrible smell and seeing water pouring out of my ejector pit, I knew there was a problem that needed to be taken care of right away. I started my search for a plumber, after leaving voicemails for 3 different companies, Savior actually answered their phone! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic. After explaining my story, she said she needed a few minutes but would definitely get someone out to me that day. Within 10 minutes she had a plumber come out to see me. When Henry showed up, he immediately told me that I needed a new ejector pit and quoted me a reasonable price. He said that he would do his best to be back by 5 with the pump and would have it done. Amazingly, he showed up at 3pm, explained exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem without issue. Henry could have easily pushed me off to the end of the day or the next day, but he made my issue a priority and took care of it. From the first phone call to the moment Henry left, my experience with Savior Plumbing was excellent, and I know exactly who to call if I need a plumber again. Thanks Savior!
